The Apartment

Are you a couple or a small family looking for a private holiday home with its own pool of pleasantly warm water, not shared with the public or strangers? Do you enjoy a sauna? Do you want full amenities with nature close at hand? Then our apartment is the perfect choice for you.

The apartment is on the ground floor of Villa Panorama. It has a living area opening directly onto the terrace and pool, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a sauna.

The living area has a smart TV, a sofa and coffee table, a kitchen with an American-style fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a dining table. Panoramic windows look out over the terrace and pool.

The separate bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers; a cot for children under 2 is available on request. The bathroom has a Finnish sauna, a walk-in shower, WC and washbasin.

Ceiling cooling with heat-recovery ventilation keeps the apartment comfortable on hot days, and the garden has a 9 m pool whose cover warms the water to a pleasant 28 – 32 °C. In the evening, enjoy a barbecue on the terrace while the children play on the playground or swim.

Go walking in the Skalica vineyards, explore the town's historic sights, or take your bike along the cycle path that runs past the villa. Golfers will find the Grafobal Group Golf Resort (GGGR) on the same street.
